This three-day course focuses on how to manage and communicate risk in your project.Projects are unique and their outcomes uncertain, therefore the project manager has only one chance to do it right.Effective risk management through the use of the tools presented in this course will improve chances for successful project results. The student will earn 24 PDUs on concepts presented which are consistent with the Project Management Institute's PMBOK® Guide and can be applied to the educational requirements of the PMP® exams.
