Join us on April 1st & 2nd in Costa Mesa California for our Primavera P6 Advanced Techniques course.
This advanced course for Primavera P6R8.3 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) is designed for individuals who have used prior version of Primavera or other scheduling tool. Moving quickly through the navigation and general application usage, the class will focus on the more advanced topics of project management, resource management, and reporting, including creating and using roles, resource requests, dashboards, and portfolio views.
As implied by the words “Managing Projects” in the title, it is intended to provide you with the ability to manage projects from start to close. The first part of the training focuses on the Administrative parts of EPPM: Resources, Roles, Codes, UDFs, Project Calendars and Risk Matrices.
The remainder of the training incorporates those items into the management of your projects. It is organized using the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Life Cycle.
The course is being held at the University of Phoenix in Costa Mesa. California however there is a remote option for those who cannot attend onsite.
This is a 2-day, hands on course. You will earn 16 PDUs for attending.
