This introductory course for Primavera P6R8.3 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) is designed for individuals new to utilizing an application to plan; monitor and control; and report on their projects.  As implied by the words “Managing Projects” in the title, it is intended to provide you with the ability to create a new project and carry it through to completion.  It is organized using the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Life Cycle. 

The course is being held at University of Phoenix in Costa Mesa, California however there is a remote option for those who cannot attend onsite.

Students will learn how:

  • To create views and initiate projects
  • To create a WBS and schedule activities
  • To plan durations and constraints
  • To establish project baselines
  • To analyze project progress 
  • To better manage project changes

This is a 2-day, hands on course.  You will earn 16 PDUs for attending.
