The Project Planning Basics session introduces participants to work breakdown structures and sequencing activities. At the end of this course, students will be able to:

  • Develop a work breakdown structure of project activities
  • Build a network diagram to show activity sequence
  • Identify key stakeholders and resource requirements
  • Assign project resources

Project Estimating and Risk

The Project Estimating and Risk session introduces participants to defining and planning for risk events on projects. At the end of this course, students will be able to:

Developing Project Schedules

The Developing Project Schedules session introduces participants to creating project schedules. At the end of this course, students will be able to:

  • Generate project budgets and calendar-based schedules

The Project Communication Planning session introduces participants to stakeholders and the importance in meeting stakeholder communication needs. At the end of this course, students will be able to:

The Monitoring, Controlling and Closing Projects session introduces participants to concepts critical in successfully monitoring and controlling and closing projects. At the end of this course, students will be able to:
