The Project Management PrepCast™ covers concepts, tools and techniques you need to be familiar with to take the PMP® Certification exam.  We cover the material from the PMBOK® Guide (4th Edition), and we include the necessary models, theories and formulas not covered in the Guide.  Our episodes are interesting and engaging.  We won’t bore you!  We help you understand these concepts instead of memorizing them.

The PrepCast gives you 121 lessons.  Each lesson averages 26 minutes length and focuses on one concept or process.  In total, our lessons are over 47 hours long.
